Jasmine Court is a purpose built 3 storey Specialist Care Home for up to sixty four people, and is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
Jasmine Court is dedicated to providing care to both younger and older adults living with dementia, including those who present with complex behaviour in a safe and supportive person centred environment.

I started working at Jasmine Court in November 2020 as an Administrator. I like my job, and I am always motivated at work. I am always keen to help and support the staff by giving my 100% and focussing on the company values and the responsibilities I have.
I joined Rushcliffe Care Group in April 2014. I love providing activities to the Residents and to see the happiness it bring to our Residents with just simple things. A lady Resident said “I used to do this for my mum” while we are folding sheets and the smile on her face were priceless. Providing meaningful activities to the Residents and making their life as happy as possible is a great satisfaction.

I started working at Jasmine Court in June 2012. I gradually worked my way up to be a Senior Carer then a Care Team Leader.
I love my job and it is very satisfying knowing I have cared and looked after so many people. I always give 100% in everything I do, and always working in a team. We are one big happy family.
Maintaining a high standard of care for the safety and best interest to all our Residents. Devotion, compassion, conscientiousness and honesty provided to all our Residents. Jasmine Court is a Home away from Home.
I joined Rushcliffe Care Group in May 2016.
As a newly appointed Clinical Lead, I am working hand in hand with Jasmine Court Team to ensure a safe and good quality care is being rendered to our clients.
